My wife and I bought 7 patio doors in December of 2021. When the doors were finally installed, they were mismatched, torn and 3 of them wouldn't even open. The installer said it was service work and he didn't do service work. After calling and calling we finally got the service manager to come out to fix all the other issues we had with the patio doors themselves the screen doors he'd brought were the wrong ones. He said that the correct dkoors had been ordered and he'd have to find them. He finally found them and again they were the wrong ones. He said he'd talked to the manufacturer and the correct ones would be delivered. 2 days after the day he said they would be arriving at their office I called the service manager and he told me they he'd have to order them. Except they were supposed to already have been ordered and delivered. 2 more weeks went by, he finally showed up to install them and they were again the wrong screens. I told him to forget it. We no longer wanted their screens considering it is now the end of October 2022, 10 months after purchasing. I spoke with Halim, the owner and he promised that he wouldn't be charging us for the screens and promising a total of a 10% discount. After many more calls and arguments, the financial company said they received the authorization for the discount but they want us to pay for the screens. I don't even have any screens. I'm not going to pay for these screens. I have given them more than enough opportunities to correct the problem and get the correct screen doors. They have failed at this every time. And, to make matters worse the service manager when he left our house the last time he left debris in our driveway and my wife got a flat tire because of it.
Desired outcome: I want the screens removed from my order and the bill.
