On Monday, March 20,2023 at about 5:30 AM, I was playing $0.25 slots where I first accessed my $275.00 bonus play. I played down to about $240,00, and cashed out $10.41 approximately, and I proceeded to the Buffalo machine by the card tales, where put my voucher in and players card and accessed my bonus play which was about $240. My first spin was max $6. Next bet was $3.and then back to $6. I played 5 spins and hit the bonus 8 spins, I immediately took my players card to stop from using any more of my bonus. At that time my bonus play was at $198.00. I made sure that the machine read my bonus play was complete. During the bonus spins it gave 15 more spins and I also got 11 of the gold buffalo heads, and got $522.00. I did about 2 or 3 spins and cashed out $511. At that time my card read $0. bonus play which I know that's normal when you pull your card out and put it back in the machine after playing it. I went to the dragon machine behind me put my card in and it showed $198.00 bonus play but I did not activate it. I played 2 other machines after that and each time I put my card in my bonus play read
$198 Then I went to the 3x3x3x machine and when I went to activate my bonus play, it only read $28. I immediately pull my card and went to the cash club and told them that my bonus play was wrong. After spending about a half hour trying to figure it out, they told me I had played it. I pay close attention to how and when I play my bonus play and I know for a fact that I did not play my bonus play. I then requested a supervisor and he came over and talk to me and said he would check it out. He came back and told me that I had played it according to the history. Well I wanted to see the history that showed this. When I seen it I saw no evidence saying I had played it and I am not sure he even knew what he was talking about because he said he couldn't really explain it to me. I then told him if he seen me playing on the surveillance camera he would see that I didn't play it. He said he would even check and as far as he was concerned I had played it. And walked away. I feel that am basically being called liar here I don't know what happened to the bonus play but I know I did not play it. That's almost $200. that just disappeared and I am suppose just let it go. That's wrong. You are not going tell me I played it when I know damned well I did not. I earned that bonus play and I want it.
Desired outcome: I want the bonus play that was taken wrongfully by telling me I played it when I know for a fact that I didn't play it.
Cache Creek Casino Resort - cache creek casino says my old $25 chip is no good, not valid
I visited the Cache Creek Casino Resort located at 14455 Highway 16, Brooks, California 95606 on Thursday evening on August 20, 2009 around 10:00 pm. I brought with me a Cache Creek Casino chip of $25 that I had forgotten and left in my drawer for perhaps 4 or 5 years. To my surprise, the cashier personnel at the casino said the $25 chip was no longer valid. I spoke with both “Alice” and “Ebony” the managers at the cashier and neither was able to provide a reasonable explanation on how they can simply invalidate a casino chip that still have the name “Cache Creek” imprinted on it. I have given the casino $25 US dollar in exchange for this chip and expect to be tender the same amount upon presenting this chip.
When I requested to speak to the Casino Management for further explanation, the head of security was called upon instead. I calmly and logically explain to him the situation of how they can simply invalidate a casino chip without proper disclosure. His only explanation was “That’s how casinos run.” The head of security then became impatient and accused me of being intoxicated. I became very upset but did not want any altercation so I simply walked away.
I have submitted a complaint to the Gambling Control Commission and here are the questions I have posed:
1) Does Cache Creek Casino have the right to invalidate chips at their discretion?
2) What are the disclosure process required by the casino in order to do that? How is this process regulated and audited?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
