I had rented the car from Nu Car rental from 08/27/2019 - 09/02/2019
After I picked up the care late at night on 8/27/2019 (Tuesday), next day morning as we were driving to Monterey I saw that the tire pressure was very low. I was concerned if that was a flat tire? I fille dup the air at a gas station. Next thing I noticed was that it needed a oil change. I called the office and they told me to come back to their office for replacement. I was far south enjoying my vacation with my family and had no time to come back and lose the entire day in this process. I spoke with the supervisor and he also mentioned the same thing
We were planning to go to Yosemite Park at Mammoth lakes next day morning which is 7 hour drive. But I was so concerned about the vehicle I had to cancel my trip to Yosemite and stay for 2 additional nights at Monterey. I not only lost my deposit of $162 at Astoria Lodge at Yosemite but also incurred additional expenses of $358 at Monterey. Besides me and my family basically did not enjoy what we had planned for. I believe that this is just not fair and would like someone to look into this matter seriously
