On 12/24/10 I purchased a leather sofa and an arm chair from Jennifer Convertibles. Within a weeks time I went back to the store I had made my purchase from and found that both pieces had been marked down an additional 10%. I spoke to a sales associate named Monica and was told that adjusting my bill should be no problem, she would speak to her manager and call me within the next hour. Low and behold, no call. I called the store and was given the managers name and phone # (Atis-[protected].) I called the number and spoke to Atis, who brings new meaning to the words, rude, condescending and unhelpful. So I was denied and adjustment.Well, today is 1/7/2011 and I took off work for delivery of the furniture and I just received a phone call at 11:30am telling me the furniture would not be delivered today and they would deliver the items on 1/12/11. So no discount, no furniture and a very unsatisfied customer. So I guess the adage that the customer is always right has gone the way of hand written letters and customer service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
