Sunday night approached the meat clerk and requested meat on a special process for the meat. He said, I'm new and I can't do what you are asking. My husband asked to speak to key carrier, minutes went by during this pause the meat clerk started picking up wraps of trash from the floor, my husband and I asked him please don't touch items from the floor and handle meat. Please wash your hands, the clerk responded positively on our request. The clerk had to the yell down the aisle for his key carrier, who you could hear had an attitude by coming the aisle saying "what do you want", the meat clerk "come get this customer". Poor customer service. Lack of approach towards our request. The key carrier said the meat clerk was new and neither him or the clerk could complete our request. After presenting our complaint to the key carrier Jesus he said I can't help you. My husband and I said we would take our business elsewhere. However after I went through the front I noticed one another meat clerk name Ryan by the clock by check stand 1. I asked Ryan if he knew how to complete our meat request. He agreed and my husband and I went back to the meat department where Ryan with a great attitude completed out meat request. Why did I the customer had to seek out options? What happened to Stater Brothers quality service? the rigorous approach to maintain their stores professional? This is truly such shame that now my home store minutes away from home, I need to seek out other options for my meat purchases.
