The worst customer service ever the manager in the day she the worst and another girl who works for her name Alexis is the worst I asked for assistance and they refused to help and instead of helping they start laughing because my room key wasn't working and I wasn't able to get inside the Room, lock the key and didn't want to fix it I had to wait until my boyfriend got out of work to speak with them we got the room for 4 days and they going to disactivate the key without notices
Motel 6 - room/stay
Me and my family stayed the night at motel 6 last weekend . And well first of all the front desk guy was rude and nonprofessional!
The room we were given had a nonworking heater. So I called the front desk and let him know, . His response was "just wait for it" whatever that meant! Anyway it never worked an my kids woke up in the middle of the night cold.
The following morning unfortantly I woke up with bites all over my face! And saw lil bugs on our bed. Gross .
I contacted Expedia who I booked through and told them the situation in which they contacted the motel and spoke with Tina the manager.
She said she had to do some investigating and would contact me .
Well she never contacted me! And I have had to take my kids to the doctors for itching and also I had to go to the doctors as well as my bites arnt going away. We were treated for bed bugs and lice very very inconvenient ! The worst $94 I've ever spent .
I think we should be compensated in some way or I'll will take it the legal way! [protected] hope to hear from yall soon
