I placed a catering order # AD168DDE-18 on April 16, 2019. I called the location on Friday April 26th to confirm my order and said we will be picking it up between at 11:30 and 12:30, as this Indian accent lady on the phone assured me it will be ready. When my husband went to pick up our prepaid order at 12:40 pm on April 27th he was told there wasn't any orders under my name. I immediately called the store and they weren't consistent with what happened to my order. The Indian women said a lady had already picked it up the order and I asked who? since I was the only one who put in the order and no one else even knew about our catering for the day until I sent my husband after our sons first communion. I asked if they verified the persons name she said no they just gave it to a lady who said they were there for a pick up. I went to the location with my receipt and asked for my $200 money back since they gave my food away and they have yet to resolve my issue. Then a short Hispanic lady told me to calm down and that if I had shown up at 12:30 and not 10 minutes late we wouldn't have this issue. I told her I have a prepaid order in my name and regardless my order should have never been given away, when I asked what the women looked like they then said it was man. My problem here is the order probably was never made and instead of correcting the issue, the staff found every way to make it my fault instead of accepting they made a mistake. These people need training and should not lie to genuine customers who placed a prepaid order, and I had 50 guest waiting at my house as I waited for them to remake my entire order at my request not theirs. They never offered my money back or to correct the issue until I call them out for stealing my money and giving my order away in front of other customers. This is unacceptable and unethical on Subway staff behalf.
