Hi Team,
We purchases two bed sets (one CalKing and one queen) from Ashley HomeStore at Dublin, CA during thanksgiving time and was told the chosen beds are in stock and will be delivered within three weeks time. Once the payment was made, I even got the delivery date of Dec 27th. But, when I didn’t hear anything from delivery team until Dec 28th, I callee Ashley Store and they said it is now showing April (customer care told March End) which just stunned me. Besides following multiple times with store I haven’t got any response. And, we had already given away our existing beds before the delivery date and we are sleeping without bed since then. This is very unprofessional of Ashley HomeStore and wouldn’t go to that store ever again.
