My shopping experience itself in the Charlotte Russe store in Folsom CA was not an issue. Problems began when I attempted to check out. The representative did not even greet me, make direct eye contact with me and when Spoke to her directly she just acted like I wasn't even talking. She was steadily removing sensors off the items I was purchasing and kind of throwing things around.She proceeded to ring up an item that I had found on the clearance rack for $10 and I had told her it was missing a tag. She proceeds to radio one of the girls on the floor and had them pull a full price item and just rung it up full price like she didn't care and wasn't listening.I was extremely frustrated at that point and told her this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced buying anything and that she was hella rude. I proceeded to tell her that there were multiple pairs of the same pants on the clearance rack where these were located and I would go grab them for her since it was an inconvenience for her to do so. So I went over to the rack and pulled the items and she finally speaks and responds these aren't the same identical pants rather than tell me that they were possibly miss placed and their reps hadnt been able to put them in the correct spot with an actual tag. So at that point I told her to remove them from my purchase. She then mentioned after the fact that she had already changed the price to $10 but didn't tell me that as she could have avoided the entire confrontation that occurred but I honestly believe she enjoyed it. It's beyond me that they can hire these type of employees to work in their stores if their job is to irritate their customers who are buying product for them. Ultimately these type of people represent their company and they don't need to be working in this type of establishment. I will never shop in that store again I will pass along to everyone I know my personal experience there.There are so many people who don't have jobs and would be very appreciative to work in a store like and actually appreciate having a job like this one but they hire individuals who clearly go through no customer service training whatsoever. I reached out to customer service via Facebook and all they can tell me is they apologize. Personally I believe this girl should be fired. One last thing her name is Jessica and I have her customer ID number as well. She Rolled her eyes Several time while I was present and when I left the register for a moment some of the others In line were actually friends of mine and she proceeded to talk crap about me to other customers not knowing that they were actually with me.
