We purchased a bedroom set 3 months ago. When the long delayed deliver finally came, one piece wasn't ordered causing us to have a smaller dollar amount and lose out on the extended 0% interest financing. After contacting them about this, there was nothing they could do to fix their mistake accept just order the piece they forgot originally. Then 4 out of 5 pieces of we ordered were damaged. We waited a month for one of the 4 pieces to come and it was also damaged. When the other 3 pieces came, they too were damaged. Then when the second round of replacements came a couple weeks later, they were damaged too. The delivery driver actually told us 40% if everything they deliver is damaged. When another piece finally came, they weren't instructed to take away the damaged piece causing me to have to turn the deliver away. My wife has spend countless hours on hold, sending e-mails that don't get a response.
