On November 19 approx 11:30 I placed a pick up order on the Taco Bell website. My order was approx $40.00 on one of my credit cards. Order was placed for a location less that a mile from my house. I drove to Taco Bell on Sierra College, Roseville, Ca about 11:45. when I drove through the drive thru I was asked my name after I said I was there for a pick up order. I followed the instructions and went to the 2nd window. However, the gal at the window was talking with her manager and explained that I was picking up a order for me placed on line. I was told they did not have an order for me, Gerry G. and there was another Taco Bell in Granite Bay and I should try them. I said I had placed the order for this location, but I didn't print the order with the location only the contents of the order. Of course that meant nothing and left stressed because my order was gone. Since I had not printed out the info I couldn't verify the location or order. I was unable to find the order through Taco Bell website.
I end up going to my grandchildren and reordering through doordash which cost me approx $70.00.
I am waiting for my charges for taco Bell to show up on my credit card so I can dispute them.
Since I placed my order and if it was ready, when I placed the order I had to give my email address and my phone number showed up on the order. I would have thought someone could have called me if they had an order.
I think Taco Bell could email and confirm the order.
