June 6, 2023 at around 9:00 PM. Manager refused to take items back with the receipt and I was complaining to her how Trader Joes provide excellent service. She got mad at me and asked me to leave the store even though I told her I need to buy some items. This is how bad she was. Next day I took those items to a different location and manager over they took it back with no questions asked. I was provided excellent service at other location.
Desired outcome: Want Ralphs to take necessary action against the manager for her behavior and an apology for this.
