My name is Mrs. Bonera, I was at the store in Lakeport CA. drive Thur on Sunday 9/26/21 had the #3 burrito and crunchy taco, when I got home which was only 6 miles from store, the food I ate was cold which happen before but this time I got very sick. I have been going to this store almost every Sunday for the last 21 years. I call the store and was told by a young man that he check to temp. On all food going out of the store, which right there I knew he was not telling me the truth. I was also told that you don't get sick right away, that only happen after 12 hours. I am a retired nurse, So I believe they were going to say it could not have been their food, but it was. If I don't hear from Taco Bell, I will then have to talk to a lawyer. Desired outcome: If I miss working then I need to be paid , and if I must go to a doctor medical bills need to be paid.
