I’ve been shopping at our mini target store number 3225 since it’s opened, it’s been wonderful for our quaint little neighborhood, considering they took away our local Ralph’s. However, this last month, when they close down all the self checkouts, which is roughly 10 of them they failed to fill those positions with actual register operators. The last several times I’ve been in there I have left my groceries on a side table because the line was clear back to the restrooms. There was one register open when the cashier finally looked up and saw the wine cleared to the back of the store she called for help. Only one other cashier came up. This is an ongoing problem if you’re going to close the self checkouts you need to have cashiers simple as that it’s simple economics. It’s simple math, that’s how you’re gonna do business. It’s no wonder people are just running out because they’re not gonna wait 30 minutes in line to buy a one item.
Desired outcome: Very simple opened up this I’ll checkouts again or hire more cashiers or get more team leads, upfront whatever you gotta do, you can’t make money and sell products without a cashier.
