Amd to ewr
Conformation number is air india : zbc1b.
When I booked I told them they r handicap. They hav medical handicap certi.
From amd they both get good service. But when they arrive in ewr, I wheelchair is not available. My mom request them but due to language problem they not provide wheelchair. She try to walk slowly. But she have a sevior pain. And we dont have her insurence. We gave her paincular but at night she can not sleep due to pain. Very inconviniency, and very disappointed, I want my refund othervise I hav to go to legal step for that, , , , thanks my e mail - - [protected]@yahoo.com

I understand that they did not supply a wheelchair BUT I don't think they are legally liable to do so... They wheelchair is an extra that they provide... That would be like going after them for not having a pillow and blanket on the flight when you have anxiety issues.
