ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SCAM ARTISTS! Be warned! I have rented from several car companies lately (even ones that have horrible yelp reviews) and this is by far the worst experience i have had. I had a random charge on my credit card and after calling incessantly for over a month they told me it was for smoking in the car and interior cleanliness. i DO not smoke and never had any passengers. Regardless i had to call everyday to get an explanation of charges: no bill explanation. Besides the utterly unlawful charges, the manager, LIZ, is a completely rude, argumentative degenerate. Would never cross her mind to offer customer service or professionalism. As one of the agents said, "it's not brain surgery". However Dianne & Joyce were lovely and understanding & empathetic to my situation. If any sort of owner/supervisor is reading this, FIRE LIZ and promote those two. I have contacted my bank and the Better Business Bureau but will continue this pursuit by contacting the Attorney General and my mom who's a lawyer. It may be a small fee but it is completely unfair. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS or you will regret it. I've had amazing experiences with advantage, budget, alamo & hertz and they are just as cheap. Karma will run this already minuscule company into the dirt where it belongs.
