KEVIN JOSEPH VALDEZ the co-owner of this ANSWER BAIL BONDS is a pig! I was calling around the bail bonds in the area trying to get a deal and this guy Kevin stated he can help me and took an app over the phone. I was asked to send a picture of my driver's license and after that step I was told I had to come to the office to do an in person application I asked what kind of deal I would be getting and he said to not worry he was one of the co-owners and would help me get a sweet deal regardless. When I asked if it was ok if I could show up first thing in the morning since it was 1am and I was 30min away from their office but he insisted I needed to do the process now before immigration got to my brother. Regrettably I went to their office on my own it was late and I didn't have anyone to go with me I just wanted my brother out and after he mention he was at risk with immigration I panicked. I later found out that's a tactic they use. I got asked a few questions at his office and realized he was filming me, when I pointed it out he stated its part of their application approval process which was a red flag because he stated on the phone that I was approved. He then tried to shift my attention from that by handing me a packet to fill out with my information whats when Kevin Valdez the owner began asking me more personal questions like if I had a boyfriend or if I was married and if I had kids. He seems flirty with me in I believe since I was answering his questions he felt I was interested. After I filled out paperwork he stated that was it and id get a call once my brother was out so we can pick him up but he explained it would be a while because he just had court. As soon as I got home Kevin began texting me and quickly expressed he had interest in me and described inappropriate things he pictured doing to me in his office. I stated I was appreciative of his help but I was sorry if he got the wrong idea and but I wasn't interested. The next day I got a call from a lady at the office around the afternoon stating I owed the full 10% of my brother's bail. This guy needs to have his license removed im sure this is a tactic he plays to pray on vulnerable women to seem like he's helping only to turn around and stick you with the full bail amount on the contract. AVOID ANSWER BAIL BONDS AT ALL COST they are scammers and the owner is a SEXUAL PREDITOR.
