Hello, my name is Shantel. I am very concern about the way I heard and saw how the General Manager was treating his servers. I was in the other day for lunch at the Newport Beach location and the wrong order was delivered to me. I saw my server trying to get the managers help to ring the correct order in. Well the manager was telling the server that he was stupid and if he was good at his job this would have never happened. He just kept going off on the poor server. I am just absolutely horrified how someone could treat their employee. As I was leaving, I pointed the manager out to one of the hostess and asked what the managers name was. She said well that's Rob, our new GM. Well if this is how a GM treats his staff. Then this restaurant will go down hill.

PS. I have been going to this restaurant for almost 5 years. I have never seen an employee treated like that. I will be letting everyone I know about how this employee was treated by the GM.
