Hi was referred by 211 to get help from the salvation army. Got a call back from Ingrid who can not talk good English. Heavy accent. Soon as I said need help for rent. She hurried up and spoke a little bit better English to say. No we can not help you with rental assistance, smud, pge, no compassion, no knowledge of any other resources places. Happy to tell me a black person no no no. Very rude hang up on blacks. She won't help you period. Wolf in sheep clothing. Also 211 stop telling us to call Ingrid at the salvation false advertising. No help no compassion
