I bought a Huffy bike with a Black mini basket, a file organizer and some beige blinds. And the store manager on 1/9/2022 stated that she could not locate the Bike or the other items anywhere. But I was assured by the other manager prior that it would be safely held for me until today. I am very upset bc the Manger today 1/9/2022 at 1:40pm Pacific Time was very rude and short with me. No reassurance nor thoughtful care that my items were missing after I paid for them. Going home right now crying, upset and Very Disappointed in this DAV location. Very very Poor Customer service. :(My number is [protected]. Please call me. Thank you for much.
