EOS Fitness - False advertising

False advertising - don't bother paying extra for the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, movie theater, classes, etc... They don't monitor who goes in. Anyone can enter, so don't let them trap you into extra money. I have emailed them to cancel my contract. They say I need 30 days, but that is impossible, as they are charging me on the 29th, and I only signed up the 2nd. What a scam! Oh yeah, and even though we all hate masks, we are currently on a mask mandate for gyms, and they only require you to walk in with one on. Then you can take it off. They are going against an actual mandate due to the newest covid variant.

Desired outcome: A reply with desired cancellation free

EOS Fitness - Gym member

I joined a gym because I had hip replacement surgery and need to strengthen my hip. After joining and paying the 80 dollar charge and my 9 dollars a moth charger they closed and kept the money, I was willing to let them keep the money so I could go someplace else, they said they would hold my money and credit me after they reopened. They reopened but by appointment only and billed me for another month I finally got in and right after I sat down they closed but kept the money for that month, then I get a call from my bank someone is trying to charge me from EOS fitness I told them they are closed. So I called them. They said they were still closed but have started charging people to come and work out in a public parking lot. It was winter and raining and that I did not join a parking lot I needed a warm place to strengthen my hip. They told me they would still charge me till I brought in a medical report. So took them my medical record but refused to see me or call back I got a membership from planet fitness they did not close because of the covid virus. Right after I got a past due bill from a collection company. I found out its legal to force someone to bring their medical record in and charge them after they violate their own service agreement

Desired outcome: I want to stop being harassed and Extra charges taken off as well as nothing more to do with this gym
