I recently purchased my 2nd Kia Optima same color, (black cherry), make and model; instead of 2015 I traded it in for a 2019 in February of this year. I have complained about the paint job since it's inception. The service manager Jason stated that I poured chemicals on the vehicle that caused the damage and is not willing to fixed it. As of today, my car has been at the dealership for the last 2 weeks with no end insight, unless I agree to pay $1200 for a clear coat and they will pay $500 to have it color sand. This is utterly ridiculous! The car is still under it's paint warranty and mileage. I am a senior citizen and I don't have the time nor the money to contribute to this fiasco. Kia doesn't stand behind its product. I will never buy another one. Please help me resolved this issue ASAP.
