I had an appointment at 10:00AM and came in 15 minutes late. I understand I'm running late but the customer service I received was horrible. I tried calling but unfortunately this location doesn't have a direct number and I have to call the 1-800 number and then wait to get directed. This is ridiculous because there are waiting times just so someone can answer. As I'm checking in the lady tells me that ny appointment was at 10:00AM and she calls someone through her walkie talkie to see if they can see me. As we're waiting she decides to make a decision to move my appointment to 11:00AM. She doesn't even ask me if that's okay or if it's convenient for me or if I would like to reschedule! She just hands me my ID and says come back at 11:00AM to check in because other clients are coming in when they are supposed to. Really !? They have people like that working at their facilities!? I've always loved coming to Planned Parenthood but today was such a bad experience. Now this lady wants me to wait 40 minutes for my appointment!? Because she stated she couldn't check me in because they are other clients on time. I'm going to make sure that this is going to management or the state board because that is not right to make decisions on moving people's appointments around without consulting the actual doctor. The location I went to was on Tibbets.

Makes sense to me. Why should others who got there on time be inconvenienced and have to wait for someone who couldn't be bothered to arrive in time for their appointment?
