My husband and I both had work done at Dr. Clarke's dental office in 2009. Never had a problem with Delta Dental paying. This time in 2009, they didn't pay and never responded to any of my calls or emails. They told the Dental office that they mailed me the checks. I never received any checks. I never stopped paying my premiums, they come directly out of my retirement check. Before I retired, they came directly out of my paycheck. Everytime I received checks for previous services, I took them direcly to the Dental office and signed them over.
