and i had purchased a brand new diamond ring for my fiance for our wedding that is happening on 08/08/2015.
after i purchased the ring i needed it to be sized down one size, and i was assured by the manager louis and to other people on 07/27/2015 tht the ring would be sized and ready by 08/06/2015..i call the store to find out that the ring is not even ready at all.. i am very upset and irritated on the fact that i was guaranteed the ring would be here..so my wedding is literally tomorrow and i need the ring sized and in my hands by today.. i really feel that i was lied to and i should be compisated for my frustation and the fact that i was lied to. i am a good customer and i loves zales alot, but i really need my ring..
