On 12th of march I visited one of Cartes' stores in San Diego.
One day before my due date I had some missing items so I made some quick shopping from this store. After I left the shop, when I checked my receipt I realized that the lady who was at the cashier (named Ana) didn't applied my %20 discount coupon. Although I asked her to apply it and she said that she applied it.
It was less than one minute after I left the shop I returned back. The doors were locked because it was 9 pm. I knocked the door the 2 lady were at the cashier they saw me but they didn't even respond to me. I thought they were doing something and after they finished they were going to come and ask the problem. But after 5 minutes I understand that they didn't care. I knocked again and said I was going to ask something they again didn't respond. I understood that they knew their fault and they didn't want to correct it. I called the store by phone they answered too late. I explained the situation. She told me to came tomorrow. I said I am going to have a baby in a few days. Why I am coming from miles away because of your fault. She told me that she couldn't do anything right now. Also she said in clearance items coupon isn't applied. But I told her that not all of my items were from clarence, she could come and check my receipt. After that she told me that she had lots of things to do and she couldn't come right now if I liked I could wait 20 minutes until she finished her job. I got so angry and turn off the phone. I was with my 2 years old who was sleeping in his stroller so I didn't wait.
But if I don't deliver tomorrow the first thing I am going to do is, going to that shop and return all the items and post this situation to every portal.
Everybody can make mistakes, it is not the point. The thing that make me really angry is the behaviour. They saw that I am a nine months pregnant woman with a sleeping baby with me but they didn't condescend even to come to stores door...
This will be my third kid and from many years mostly online, I shop from Carters. Also during my entire life I have never faced this kind of rude behaviour in any other companies.
I wrote all the details to the company now I an waiting response from them. I just want these two of rude employees won't get away with this situation.
