1 star only because I had to. My order came 6/24/21 and instead of receiving 400 pens of assorted colors, I have 200 red and 200 purple. No contact was made ahead of time to see if I would like to change my order because stock was low. I emailed customer service 6/24/21 but after more than a week no one has responded. I called today 7/2/21 only to be hung up on by the customer service person who tried to tell me they only have to give me 3 colors (but didn't), which is not stated on their website and told her so. She could not verify her words. Called again 7/2/21, this time was told stock was low and couldn't be filled, no procedure in place to tell you this should you want to cancel your order. Only willing to reduce the cost of the order NOW that I have called! What will I do with 400 pens in only 2 colors? Never ordering here again! Look at all the bad customer service in this month alone. This company has some firing to do to clean house before no one is interested in their products. I agree with David another unhappy customer complaining of incompetent, disorganized, and boy are those customer service people arrogant! The one I sent an email picture to of my pens had the nerve to email me back as if she never meant to hang up on me.

After reading this review and could not acc.ess others. My order was supposed to arrive yesterday. We'll see what happens on Monday mailing. Doesn't sound good from the few comments from purchasers that I read. We'll see. However, my order did not arrive when stated. We'll talk to them on Monday, if they take my call.
