JPMorgan Chase - Rude employees

Chase Bank @ 4669 Mission Street
San Francisco, CA. 94112

I have been a loyal customer with these guys at multiple branches for at least 20+ years, LONG before they even became Chase...
In recent years, I've been noticing that their overall attitude towards 'customer service' is literally starting to look and smell like [censored]!
I've been RUDELY kicked out of line at least a dozen times from this place along with some [censored] excuses like I should be 'inclined', or should I say FORCED to use their ATMs outside instead of waiting in line with all the other nice folks because they're faster and more convenient.
But I think the REAL main reason why they kicked me out of line in the first place, is simply because they just don't like the way I look or dress.
Yes, they were PROFILING me. Although they don't voice it; their whole rude, stinkin' attitude and condescending demeanor + the nasty glare in their eyes just speaks VOLUMES about how they obviously DO NOT want you to be in their bank.
I have multiple separate banking/business accounts with them over the course of the last two decades, and THIS is the way that they decide how they want to treat me.
So basically, they're just DENYING you service and trying to push you right out of their bank ASAP so to speak.
After coming to this branch every month for so many years, I was totally unaware that there is suddenly a required DRESS CODE now for customers who simply wanted to request basic services from this bank.
My clothes are just basic casual everyday regular street clothes (jackets, jeans, shirts, caps), just like how most normal people are dressed liked in public 90% of the time.
I'm a reasonably clean person who showers daily, always clean-shaved, and with my hair trimmed short whenever I go out in public.
I exercise social distancing and always wear protective face masks for COVID-19 safety protocol requirements.
I do not wear any tattoos or jewelry. I don't smell funny at all and my clothes certainly don't look ragged.
I am a quiet polite person and I usually don't speak unless spoken to.
If I ever looked strange or acted like a shady or suspicious person, then my friends/acquaintances/relatives probably would've have all told me something about it by now.
So from that kinda RUDE body language and behaviour, what you're trying to say to me here is that I am being PROFILED and DENIED basic services at this branch simply because I don't wear a fancy $10, 000 three-piece suit, smell like Obsession, or sport a shaggy beard? SERIOUSLY?
If that is the case, then WHY do you allow all those dirty, stinky, homeless people to always LOITER around in your bank?
I see them mostly gathering around and lounging in the enclosed ATM area near the front glass doors like it's some kinda makeshift homeless shelter.
They live/eat/sleep/[censored]/[censored] there like it's their very own private condo or apartment.
Some of them even have vicious-looking dogs with them. Those canines look like they're ready to POUNCE on ya the minute you walk up to the ATMs.
Look, I can see that they're using it as a shelter from the harsh weather outside, but WHY are they allowed to stay in there overnight?
WHY are homeless people who are NOT customers of the bank allowed to stay in there whenever they please?
The whole goddamn place just smells and reeks like [censored] right now, plus I am 100% SURE that your banking employees are fully aware of this sick disgusting smell every morning when they come back to open up the place for work.
A consistently and unmistakably FOUL OVERPOWERING nauseating musty odor that hints of feces, urine, and sweat from weeks/months without showering.
Can't ya smell that [censored]? This is a BANK, for crying out loud!
I am totally fine with using the ATM if you INSIST; but the LAST THING that I want is some potential MUGGER looking over my shoulder while I am accessing my private banking accounts with my back turned to them at night, while I am all alone in there by myself, with NO security guard on duty.
I am not even sure if those old-[censored] surveillance cameras are still working anymore.
Honestly, I do not feel safe coming here anymore! Why are you allowing this to happen, Chase?

Desired outcome: Fire those [censored] ASAP!
