Janis Cioffi, [protected]@gmail.com. I requested my next subscription of bottom teeth night guards be shipped a bit earlier than was stated. My request was acknowledged and approved by email and on or about July 25, 2023, their website showed that my order was being "Processed". Well here it is more than a month later and the site still claims my order is being processed. I have sent 2 emails in the last week and a half inquiring why it is taking this long and NO ONE has responded in any way. I tried to call and they do not let you leave a message. I really like their products and I have been Very Courteous in all my correspondence with them. I just want to know what the issue is with my subscription order. Thank You
Desired outcome: I would like a Response to where my order is and why no one contacted me.
