My name is Betsy. I recently purchased a drink from Wine.com for my husband's birthday. I was very careful when I made the purchase because I wanted it by my husband's birthday (which is today). The item never arrived and customer service was not helpful at all. She ended the conversation with me and refused my refund request. My order number is [protected].
The employee I have a problem with is Katie. She was not helpful at all and was rude.
