A number of emails were sent to the building office manager complaining about the 2nd floor womens restroom door which has been ignored. The handicap button to open the door does not work and the door is very hard to open. At times it closes on you upon exiting. I have had surgery and couldnt open the door, thus having to use another restroom. We had a visitor, who is disabled, and they could not open the door. How can we get this resolved?
