My mortgage was sold from B of A to Nationstar mortgage last june. I have perfect credit and have all payments up to date. Nationstar claims that they never received my insurance information from BofA. I have never had escrow for taxes or insurance since I pay them myself. In JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, AND OCTOBER I e-mailed to the address they provided me and also had my insurance company call them on the phone and fax them copys of my insurance repeatedly. To this day they claim they did not receive it and they have added their "high priced" insurance to my note. They are also putting my payments in "suspension' because I am not paying their "higher" payment. These idiots are CON artists and I will be contacting an attorney Friday.
