Vayama - Cancelled flight refund

Tickets bought through vayama for a flight with airline TUIFly Belgium. Airline (TUIFly Begium) cancelled all their US flights due to COVID. I contacted vayama, who referred to me contact TUIFly. I contacted TUIFly whothen referred me to contact vayama. On second contact Vayama stated that they initiated refund proceedings, which never finalized. Vayama then referred me back to TUIFly. I contacted TUIFLy a second time and they have not responded. Neither Vayama nor TUIFly are working towards refunding the cancelled flight tickets.

Vayama - Travel agency airline tickets cancelled and no refund

On January 4th, 2020, I purchased three round trip tickets for UA flights from Denver, CO to Glasgow, UK leaving June 20 and returning July 5th at www.vayama.com for $3, 465 (booking number VUS-[protected]). The flights were cancelled in May and we're due a refund. As of 9/2020, no refund and all email inquiries are met with a form email reply. All phone numbers of the company have been shut down.

After months and months of repeat writing to the company and anyone else and filing a small claims court case, I did finally receive a full refund about 6 months later.

Vayama - Refund for cancelled flight

Aer Lingus round trip from Phila., PA to Dublin, IRE, and back to Phila., PA. on June 23 - -July 2, 2020. Cancelled by Aer Lingus due to loss of volume due to COVID-19.
Aer Lingus cancelled flight on June 1, 2020 and Vayama confirmed by email on June 12, 2020 that a full refund of $2, 822.50 will be paid.
Aer Lingus now no longer communicates about this pending refund.

Vayama - Needing my flight refund from flight being canceled by airline during pandemic

I bought a ticket in December 2019 for Bucharest, Romania with the Condor Airline. My flight was canceled by the airline on June 19th, 2020 (when the flight should have taken place) and when I called them they said they will be refunding me the money in 2 to 3 weeks. The money didn't come and when I called again and I gave them the last 4 digits of my credit card they said that was not the credit card the money was put back on. I realized then that Vayama agency's credit card was refunded and every time I email Vayama to ask for my refund (there is not customer service, no phone number), I am told again and again that I need to get in touch with the airline and deal with them directly. I am a student and would like to use my refund for school. Obviously Vayama is wanting to keep the money - that is absolutely unacceptable and it is called theft.

Update: I did receive the refund finally. I hope everyone does. It was really stressful because you cannot talk to anyone on the phone and when they answer to website questions via emails, the answers are automatic and confusing and not pertaining to the questions put. It is as if they don't read the questions.

Vayama - Never heard back about my refund for flight cancellation due to covid-19

I had to cancel my flight with LOT to Israel as they issued the travel ban just a few days before my departure (March 12). Vayama were suppose to help take care of the refund through LOT, since I'm unable to receive it directly from them (third party agent). Now it is impossible to speak to their representatives on the phone since they stopped their phone customer service. Then I sent an email to Vayama on March 24, and another one on March 30. I even tried their FB messenger but they canceled their messenger customer service too. It's been over a month since my first attempt and I haven't heard back. I'm afraid I will never see my money back, and I'm considering to sue.
