I’ve been to this goodwill on occasion and while shopping notice when they bring out new racks, they hold it for one of an employees' mom, so she can be the first to rummage through and grab all she can.
I’ve asked before and they just say “oh no she’s just a regular costumer, but I have heard a male employee very quietly call her mom, and when at check out the employee son and another manager always the same female manager, let many items go by without being rang up.
Not fare for other costumers, when managers let employees get away with this!
