Fashion Nova

I am quitting fashion nova due to poor management they have leads in green vest that give everyone attitudes demands are not great leads at all they treat you like garbage and not there to help
Two especially at certain location Santa Fe Springs CA they have harassed me and made my work environment negative and caused me to quit i've never work with people like that it's sad to now I have to look for another job

On November 6th I ordered an items from Fashion Nova named Isaiah Track Pants - Black. My order number is 62095112 and I was supposed to receive my package on November 12th but I didn't. Instead I got an email on the 17th at 7:36 p.m. saying that my package was delivered at 12:02 p.m. which it wasn't. I waited two days before filing two cases on the Fashion Nova app in customer service but I don't get any response in the 24hrs I was told to wait for. I called Fashion Nova today and I spoke with Jn I was told that my package was delivered and sat in front of my door but I live in an apartment so you have to ring my buzzer to get access to my front door and no one rung my buzzer nor did I see a UPS truck outside. Jn told me that it could've been stolen and sent me an email saying that I can file a claim of a stolen package with Lasership. Jn also said that this would get me my money back which would be wonderful.

My order is incorrrect, my order # [protected] I ordered the simple visions fedora khaki and receive a crunched up fedora in brown. The fedora was not in a hat box at all the fed-ex person has crunch up this fedora and it is not the color it is supposed to be. I want a total refund for the fedora or the correct on.
