I recently started working at Massage Envy about a month ago, and I've never experienced such terrible management. They never get everyone's checks right, one of the managers (chelsea) is rude and a bully to the front desk associates and the therapists. I was left in tears because she embarrassed me in front of a customer and over the phone, demeaning me and making me feel stupid. She has zero customer service skills, I don't know how she became a manager. I've seen her curse to therapists, calling them f*cking stupid, handling situations completely unprofessionally. I DO NOT recommend anyone to work here, unless your okay with being managed by people who are on high horses because of the positrons they are in. Terrible team to work for, terrible team to trust, terrible team to be managed by. What else can I say. I'm currently looking for better job opportunities.
