Build an app just so the person @ the drive up not know or care about my order? It was such a drag. I deleted your app. too bad, I used to love me a crunchwrap every now and again.

I sent a message on twitter no response. I wonder why you cannot mobile order at this location. I provided an order number, I verified the address with the person at the drive thru. Basically the person at the drive thru at about 9:20 am gave not one single hoot that I ordered food online, he just shrugged his shoulders and said "we don't have it"

i was so unhappy, I had to reach out.
