Taco Bell - Chicken quesadilla #7

My order came folded in half, like a ball, with the chicken and cheese oozing out of the quesadilla. The wrapper was a piece of paper folded over the whole mess, but not covering my food. In fact neither item in the bag was wrapped properly and the manager said that's the way it comes now. I asked him if they serve to go orders unwrapped. "Yes" said the manager, that's how it comes now"I repeated:"unwrapped?"And he said"we don't use the quesadilla container anymore."When I asked about it being balled up and stuffed into a bag, he said"it was folded"

He was trying to be polite, but his answers continually were argumentative and justifying the clear lack of good service one would expect from a dood industry.

Desired outcome: I would like my food properly sealed in wrapping, or the bag it usually comes in. And not just a pile of food and wrappers with the quesadilla leaking and the taco ingredients pouring into the bag
