Hello,
I emailed Duffy Zariena at the finance department for the daycare facility about canceling my son out of morning care because he would not be needing it anymore. Duffy sent me an email stating that they have not been charging me since last year of August so I have accumulated almost $900 in owed charges. I was mortified! I checked my statements and yes, they were correct they were not debited from my account. I asked Duffy to have their manager call me ASAP! I need an explanation for this because to see a large past due bill is something I do not need right now. Their Manager Sharon called me and I asked what happened how can this happen? She said "well you as the parent should be responsible and call us when you see there are no charges debiting your account from us"! OMG, no apologies but instead turned it around on me and made it my fault. What kind of customer service is that? I am paying the bill but in monthly installments. I do want an apology for this large mistake as a manager myself I would never turn it around on a customer. As a manager and giving service, it is my job to charge the client and any issues arise I would apologize. I am very diligent on checking open balances on all customers accounts weekly. Not sure what accounting method you guys use but there is a delay on open receivables and half a year is and should not be acceptable.
