Hello I, tried reaching out to the manager Turner Ashby in valencia, ca but he wouldnt help me he left me a rude voicemail, I had placed 2 orders at the window two 3 meat dinners double spareribs and burt ends, I, paid cash for one and charged the other on my debit card the burt ends was missing in both and the spare ribs looked burt up and dried out couldnt eat them as I, filled out a form online the manager contacted me and was very rude he said he only found one receipt, and I, had only paid $30 that was a lie I, have my receipts and I know what I, paid I, sent him a e mail to please work this out but he ignored me and never e mailed me back I, paid over $80 for these 2 dinners and wasnt treated good
if they could send me a gift card for what I, paid ill try them again but I couldnt believe how rude they have been to me thanks Roger E Sanders
