My wife and I went into the walnut creek California bk last night to eat. The only cashier available was at the drive thru, so she told us to get in our car and order at the drive thru. Food was great, drinks were okay, we got our food in a reasonable time(we were 5th in line at the drive thru), and just ended up taking our food home. If there is no inside service, lock the doors or leave up a sign to order at the drive through. May not be going there again very soon or train a cook to work the in store register. Frustrated.
