Today I had to resign cos I had ongoing problem with my now former manger ariel, she has been very vindicated when she does not like someone like me or the person speak the truth about how she uses people over and over to do her job and the job of the person working as well she use the excuse that upper mangermen told her to do it but the reality she is doing it to pay back the issuse she has with the person. Anyways in the past she has a history of doing this to former employees upper mangerment knows about so instead of fixing the real problem they choose to fire the employees well [censored]ing flavoring ariel's version, so as for me it started in dec 26 last I had told I did not wanted this escalated more than the issues that are starting to build up on the same she had a meeting with all the men regrading the restroom cos someone threw a candle in the toilet all denied she claim that no one but the employees enter the restroom which is a lie I seen customers enter the restroom on many times so she made a sign sheet for all to clean breakrooms restrooms it was fine at first cos people were doing then she stop print out the sheet people stop sign it and the mess continue again so this past weekend 9/2/2023 she again call all the men to meeting same thing with swearing and inslut us but this it was cos some [censored] on the wall piss on the floor but along the same line she indirectly accuse me so happens today I was question by the store manger about this which I felt offended cos to avoid I don't use this restroom cos she like to blame me for it so I deny it and told him what I wrote ok the sameday a cup was missing from the driver she asked me I told her the last time I saw was in her hands she deny it and was making me felt uncomfortable cos she was looking in my working area dumpster and asked my helper if I gave him the cup so that was that. The next day I was asked about an evolve which I set in her area cos my work area was filled with numerous things which I could work cos it was crowded where before it was never like I could not remember cos she mess my mental state cos she keep doing things looking for fault in my work and on top her bestfriend which is the assist manger does the same vindicated things when ariel crys to her so ariel end up yell at me cos I moved it I call hr cos I wanted to file a complaint against ariel but instead I go the store manger call me in a meeting didn't even bother hearing with the proper attention as he should this is why I didnt want him to deal with it cos he just sweep the issues under the rug until it boil over to a bigger problem and ariel gets away without anything done about and the cycle repeat this past sunday she dare to mock me knowing darn that this meeting was going to happen so there was other issues brought that no one but me know the truth of the issues yet they twist it to make it look like I am the bad guys so they were going on admiration leave without pay I decide that I had enough of this high school drama where everyone [censored] the person that ariel has problems I resigned this is some of the many problems that I experience in this place
