I received a call stating my payment was returned (full amount). I did not request the full amount to be paid. This was the 2nd time. They were using the wrong checking account information. My personal checking account would had paid it with my line of credit.
Listen to the telephone calls I made. There is no supervisor to speak to. FICO scores taken from me due to Chase bank technical glitch.
Pandemic season I thought were supposed to listen, and work with you. I have outstanding credit, and always paid my payments on time for the last three years. I would never pay the full amount as ongoing in the system. I have paid this account in full two times by walking in the bank and paying it off.
