7-Eleven - Entire morning staff

I am filing a complaint on the entire morning staff because of their terrible and rude attitudes, as well as the pure laziness and lack of customer service.

I wish I could say this is a one time incident but it is not, this happens every single morning I try to stop for my coffee. I live directly across from this store so it is very convenient for me and I have great experience with the other shifts everyday, but the morning women that work here need to be trained or replaced. Over the past year or so there is daily issues with supplies being stocked and when a customer requests something they're treated horrible. Today I stopped to get my coffee and of like everyday there were no XL coffee cups out at 7am. I asked one female employee if there were more she said "no". Because I am so use to this I asked her if she was sure... She said "yup positive" & rolled her eyes, so I went to the counter and asked the girl with pink hair if there were any XL coffee cups in the back. She slammed the box she had in her hand and stormed off to the back and guess what? There was more.

I started to make my coffee the way I always do (half black & half french vanilla cappuccino) only the cappuccino machine was completely empty. Once again I asked the first employee if the machine was broken, I was told no. I let her know it was only dispensing water. The employee asked which flavor and I told her all of them. This employees response was "errrr" as she slowly proceeded to the back as I waited for about 7 minutes before just giving up and leaving to work with no coffee.

Again this always happens around 7am when a lot of people are wanting coffee. I have also heard these women be do rude to other customers mostly customers of Hispanic non English speaking customers. I wish it was one or two employees but the entire morning staff including the manager are so nasty to customers. I don't understand how they are still employed here. I have multiple dates and incidents that both my boyfriend and I have encountered or witnessed and I will continue to pursue this complaint until either the customer service is improved or I longer see these staff members. I will also take my concerns to the attorney general's office. I have had it with the morning staff.

By the way I do want to say the afternoon and night shift are awesome! I never need to bother them for anything because they have everything stocked and they go above and beyond to help myself and other customers.

I look forward to hearing from someone regarding this issue.

Desired outcome: Better customer service from the morning staff, and supplies being available to customers. So we can avoid asking staff to do their job.
