This is a customer service complaint about an Employee named John. I asked about a return policy regarding store credit that was issued after I changed my mind in the store about a vacuum purchase. I hadn’t left the store and the vacuum did not leave the register area. When I said I changed my mind He issued a store credit. I asked for cash back because I hadn’t left the store. When I asked for a manager, He said “you are a pain in the [censored]”. Then walked away to get the manager.
There wasn’t a negative incident before this and I was being nice. Until he said I was a pain in the [censored].
The manager did not provide me with a last name and was unable to resolve the issue.
