OMG! So I stuck with them from July 2020 to October 2021 & spent over $7000.00 only for my problem to be worse.. First of all the company must have a lot of issues if they can't keep a hairdresser, even though I have to say my best hairdos came from hairstylists from Oklahoma. So in 15 months I was satisfied with my hair 3 times. I had a Stylist shave my head even though I told her I didn't shave down & now I have permanent boldness in the front of my scalp.. Don't get me wrong the staff is super nice & super sweet but that does nothing for my scalp.. You can't expect someone to pay $500.00 per month to be a continued guinea pig. I mad & sad all at the same time! You will never get the same hair stylist twice so they promise you the world from beginning to you wise up & just quit going...
