After 5 days to diagnosis the problem, the "recommend to replace radio assembly" at a cost of $3, 800 just for the part was disappointing, to say the least. This is the 3rd Lexus I have owned and, especially as a retiree now, I don't think this amount is reasonable for a major failure that shouldn't have happened. So now what? I drive without any of the system functionality, or I put over 20% of the fair market value of the vehicle into repairs? I think we can both agree that is inconsistent with the value proposition of Lexus ownership.
