I placed an order in September of 2015 for four DVDs. In December I contacted them to see what the issue was, and was told they would re-ship, as the package was returned. I emailed them twice more since. It is now January 2016 and I have not gotten anything from them. They seem to be ignoring me. I filed a complaint with the FTC, and hope to at least get my money back. Terrible store.
Interweave - seller mixed the orders and sent wrong stuff
I bought magazine and knitting needles from the company www.interweave.com. After 5 days I got completely wrong items, which I haven’t ordered. I returned these things to the seller, but this jerk didn’t reply, didn’t send my order and I have no idea what to do now. I’m sick of waiting and such attitude really irritates me. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller. As well as someone can help me to get money from this jerk.
