Today a friend and I went to your store at 2726 West 10th Street in Greeley, Colorado. When we walked in there was a lady customer standing at the counter waiting. There didn't seen to be anyone in the store. Several of us called out and the cook came to the front. She didn't speak English but tried to tell us where the counter person was. Two more people came in the one man said he had waited 6 minutes at the drive up window and no one came to wait on him. There was no one else at the drive up window. Finally the general manager opened a door and came in. She didn't say anything about us having to wait, not a sorry or anything. She waited on the woman in front of us. She didn't say thank you or anything. She then waited on us not a word about us having to wait not a smile or anything. The place was not very clean. the chairs were still upside down on all the tables. It was after one in the afternoon. She started talking when Mexican people came in. She laughed and talked to them. There was barely any ice. I love your chicken fries and ordered them and a drink my friend order chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. they had sat and were not fresh. Our bill was $14.93. I will not go back to that store and she needs some lessons on customer service. Thank you for your time and I hope you can resolve this issue so that you don't loose customers. Desired outcome: I would like a responds as to what is done. I would like to know that a general manager can't act the way she did. I think someone in higher authority needs to make a surprise visit to that store
