The Salvation Army USA - rude clerk

I will never ever again step into this particular Salvation Army store in Greeley, Colorado.
There is a rude, cold, hostile worker who is about 5 feet tall, obese, mid-60 years old female clerk with an outdated beehive hairstyle- I think her name is Ginger, not too sure.
Ever since I moved here and visited this store for the past 8 months- this clerk always, and I mean always gave me a horrible attitude and would patronize me and impatiently write back replying my questions that I needed to know regarding to their policies, etc.
Today, I got an email from the Salvation Army reporting there is a 50% off sale on all furniture. I found out this store has a bad habit of never putting certain antique furniture on sale - it is always the most ugliest, dirtiest, smelliest or broken type of furniture on sale. When Ginger, let's say that's her name for now, wrote to me that red tag furniture are not for sale. It turns out there is a tiny little red plastic string. Does not look like a red tag to me - annoyed with misleading contradictory messages. The original ad should say "Some furniture are 50% off this weekend." Not say "ALL" -- then customers come in and then put a thread thin plastic string on a handle and state it's forbidden to go on sale.
When I returned to the cashier register, Ginger ignored me and let another customer behind me who didn't know that I was ahead of her, cut in front of me!
I was livid and asked her why she let the other customer cut in front of me. Ginger scoffed at me and ignored me by refusing to look me in the eye. I am Deaf and so I have to write on paper in order to communicate with non-signers. Angry now, I waved my hand in front of her face just few inches away and Ginger still ignored me! The customer asked what was going on and Ginger snidely remarked how I whined about she cut in front of me. The customer was aghast and apologized to me stating she really didn't know about it. I gestured it wasn't her fault, it was Ginger's. Ginger refused to look at me still.
Fed up with Ginger's abusive behavior, I abandoned all of the items I planned of buying and walked out of the store. I will boycott this store in Greeley forever because of that rude abusive clerk. She should be fired as she clearly hates her job, shows constant impatience, always looks tired and it's time to let her go.
On top of this, the workers here are so lazy. I emailed to the head quarter asking them why are they not reinforcing workers to properly stock clothes in the correct categories - the clothes are all mixed up and it waste so much of customer's time! It would also help to coordinate the colors for even faster browsing. To this date, they leave it all mixed up.
Do not bother showing up here at this messy store. Boycott it altogether.
